He has a proven track record in the country handling matters involving iPhone forensics, Android forensics, Cellebrite report review, and artificial intelligence. He is also a frequent speaker at national legal and industry conferences on these topics. He currently serves on the board of directors of the ACLU of Michigan and specializes in areas involving emerging technologies and civil liberties. He was recently appointed to serve on the Michigan Judicial Council Generative AI and the Courts Work Group.
